Editing software and recording

We have a very simple plan for recording and editing our project, since we found that over complicating would just make our life's harder. Me and my partner will split up the clips once he records them and we will both work on a half of the project, this will ensure an even distribution of work, speediness, and accuracy. Since we both have adobe premier available to us, and we have a decent amount of knowledge on the program, we will both be using it. This would furthermore ensure efficiency due to the compatibility of our work.

The recording might be a different deal. Since we are in a pandemic it would be certainly hard to met up and record together, and also sort of useless considering there is only two of us. My partner has a close friend who often serves as a character on any film related activities he does, this means that they can both meet up and get working on certain clips. After he records said clips we can call each other and he can show me the clips so we can get to work.

We have yet to decide who is going to be the second character in our film opening but it will most likely be my partner, since he does know our actor pretty well. This will help our final result because of their friendship and chemistry.

Over all I think we have a pretty good idea of the way we are setting up our schedule, the software we are using, and the final idea for our film. Hopefully we end up with a great final opening, demonstrating proper use of our knowledge and genre we have chosen.
